Leander Area Republican Women (LeanderARW) is a grassroots organization that works for, and promotes Republican principles and candidates. We do this by working with Republican Party nominees, being informed politically, and promoting effectiveness of women in government.

Leander is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. As our city grows, so does the need for Republican women to become politically active in our community. Our club supports Republican women running for office, as well as, boards in our local, county, and state government.​

LeanderARW hosts an evening gathering on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, our Executive Committee meets the 3rd Monday of every month, and afternoon Member luncheon meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month.
