Mandy Drogin
Campaign Director, Next Generation Texas, Texas Public Policy Foundation
Mandy Drogin is one of the top education reform leaders in Texas with experience managing grassroots, marketing, election and legislative campaigns. Prior to joining Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) she was at the American Federation for Children for nearly 8 years where she served as the State Director for the past 3 years and helped make important gains in Texas. She has a talent for organizing complex coalitions and factions, motivating people, understanding and communicating policy, image and branding, and running campaign teams.
As the president of the Texas Federation for Children PAC, Mandy also oversaw a very impressive win-loss record and significant wins in the 2020 and 2022 election seasons. The PAC helped elect numerous pro-school choice candidates to the Texas Legislature and defeat opposing incumbents.
Mandy has experience testifying at the State Capitol, working with a team to pass school choice legislation in 2021, and directing marketing campaigns to educate families on opportunities to access parent directed education funding.
Prior to the American Federation for Children, she worked at The Heritage Foundation.
Mandy lives in Austin with her husband, John Drogin, and their three beautiful, precocious children — Grace Marie (5), Faith Elise (3), and John Charles (1).
