Meet our Speaker

Rasuali Wayne “R.W.” Bray currently serves as the Deputy Regional Director for Senator Ted Cruz where he serves as a proxy, representative and liaison throughout Southeast Texas.
Bray is also a Guardsman assigned to the Texas Air National Guard 147 Attack Wing, Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston, Texas. Currently Bray serves as the Group First Sergeant for the 432nd AEG and he has been responsible for ensuring the discipline, esprit de corps, morale, health, wellness, and welfare of the enlisted members retained to his squadron currently assigned to Operation Lone Star, Texas border mission. Bray’s hobbies include hunting, rock climbing, and sailing, just to name a few. His interests range from speaking and writing to networking and volunteerism.
Bray hopes to award the resources and assistance of his spheres of influence, both in politics and business, to those who need them most. Serving as VP of Operations for 100 Black Men Inc. Houston Chapter, a global mentoring organization for young black male youth, Bray takes pride in the motto, “what they see is what they’ll be”.
