Judge Sarah Bruchmiller
Williamson County 368th District Court

Judge Sarah Bruchmiller serves as the judge of the 368th District Court in Williamson County. Judge Bruchmiller was elected to the bench on November 8, 2022 and presides over felony criminal cases and civil matters. She also serves on the Williamson County Juvenile Board and oversees the felony DWI court.

Prior to being elected to the 368th District Court, Judge Bruchmiller served for four years as an Associate Judge for Williamson County. As an Associate Judge, she presided over magistration hearings on felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, mental health hearings, and hearings on emergency protective orders. She served on the district court bench covering juvenile district court and felony specialty court dockets, such as the felony DWI court and the Transformative Justice program at the request of district court judges.

Judge Bruchmiller has dedicated her legal career to public service. After graduating from law school, she joined the Harris County District Attorney's Office in Houston, Texas, gaining experience as a Chief Prosecutor in misdemeanor and felony district courts. She earned extensive trial experience prosecuting cases involving capital murder, armed robbery, sexual assaults, crimes against children, and intoxication offenses. Judge Bruchmiller also served as a Chief Prosecutor in the Williamson County District Attorney's Office. She is a founding team member of the young adult Transformative Justice Program in Williamson County, and she worked in specialty courts in Harris County for defendants with mental illness, alcohol/drug addiction, as well as human trafficking survivors.

Judge Bruchmiller has been published five times in the Texas Prosecutor Law Journal and is a contributing author to the Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health Juvenile Bench Book. She is honored to be a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation, the Texas Bar College and a member of the Williamson County Inn of Court.
Judge Bruchmiller graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, studied for an MBA at St. Edward's University, and has a law degree from South Texas School of Law in Houston. While earning her law license she worked for the Office of the General Counsel under Texas Governor Rick Perry and interned for the First Court of Appeals under Justice Elsa Alcala.


Honorable Donna King
Williamson County 26th District Court

Donna King was appointed as Judge of the 26th Judicial District Court in Williamson County, Texas in 2014 by Governor Rick Perry. A graduate of Round Rock High School and Angelo State University, Judge King earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1995. She is passionate aboutserving in the community where she grew up and returned home to central Texasto begin her career as a prosecutor in the Williamson County Attorney’s Office
and later in the Travis County District Attorney’s Office. While serving as a prosecutor, Judge King was honored as a Williamson County Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year and also taught a variety of courses for the Texas Districtand County Attorneys Association, local law enforcement agencies, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Capital Area Council of Governments.

After her tenure as a prosecutor, Judge King went into private law practice as a criminal defense attorney, juvenile defense attorney, and an attorney ad litem and amicus attorney in family disputes and served as a municipal judge for the
city of Leander, Texas. As Judge of the 26th District Court for over 10 years, Judge King presides over felony criminal cases and complex civil matters. She strives to implement innovative judicial programs to increase fairness, efficiency and reduce recidivism while promoting community safety. In an effort to address issues related to behavioral health in the justice system, Judge King championed Williamson County’s first felony mental health docket providing alternatives to prison for profoundly behavioral health challenged individuals. In collaboration with the District Attorney’s Office, Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, the Williamson County Community Corrections Department, the University of Mary Hardin Baylor Occupational Therapy Department, and other community partners, participants are offered psychiatric, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and other wrap around services.

Judge King and her husband, John, are proud parents of four, grandparents of one (so far) and dog-parents of five. She is active in Celebration Church, Georgetown and many community organizations throughout Williamson County.


Judge Angela Williams
Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 2

Angela Williams currently serves as the Justice of the Peace for Williamson County Precinct 2 and a founding member of LeanderARW. She has lived in Leander, Texas since 1988, where she and her husband first met at Leander High School. Born and raised in Texas, Judge Williams embraced the values of hard work, community, and resilience that helped shape her Texan identity.

As an elected official Judge Williams believes, "“The duty of an elected official is to stand for the rights and laws that preserve justice and harmony in Texas, while being vigilant and fair to act in the people’s best interests with a willingness to listen to the community.”  

Judge Williams is passionate about serving the community through mentoring, supporting local schools in various ways, volunteering throughout the community, and many more worthwhile endeavors. She and Gene have five daughters, one son, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. Faith, family, and country form the foundation of her leadership, guiding her commitment to service and shaping the values she upholds in both her personal and professional life.
