LeanderARW Voter Guide

LeanderARW is a strong and active Women's Republican club. We work hard to promote and campaign to help Republicans get elected to public office. This includes local city, county, and Texas state races. We promote Republican principles and candidates in elections including non-partisan elections.*

2026 Texas Republican Primary Run-off Election

Texans participated in the 2026 Republican Primary
Election on March 3, helping to determine which
Republican candidates will advance to the
November general election ballot. Candidates must
receive more than 50 percent of the vote to secure
the nomination outright. When no candidate reaches
that threshold, the race moves to a primary runoff
election between the top two candidates with the
most votes.

For voters in Williamson County and Travis County, the runoff ballot will primarily include statewide races. Runoff elections determine the final Republican nominees in competitive races. With typically lower turnout, every vote carries greater weight. These elections finalize the candidates who will represent the Republican Party in the November 2026 general election.
